First day 3 Juice Drink

Ok no lying this is going to be hard. I had to cook for the family today and the smell was intoxicating. I do not want to even describe what I made because it will only make me that much more hungry. The first day is the hardest but it is almost over. I am going to take this one day at a time. I realized today that we are forced a constant stream of images of processed food. I think it is just beginning of my acuity to all things sugary processed sweet. I think I will have to be at the dinner table to say Grace and then head up to my room to read. Yes that is my plan.
